I’ve been coming to Jo’s yoga classes since January 2017, the class gives me time and space to concentrate on me! I have been able to use the breathing techniques in other parts of my life which has been hugely beneficial, after class my whole body feels more relaxed and I always sleep well.

Love Jo’s yoga classes especially the longer Saturday workshops. They enable me to rebalance and reset whilst learning more about yoga and deep relaxation.
