1 to 1 Yoga Sessions

One to one yoga sessions for everyone

During your one to one session we will focus on your individual yoga journey and look at all areas of your yoga practice on and off the yoga mat to bring yoga through to your everyday life. Advice on nourishing, stress management, relaxation techniques, advice on yoga postures, pranayama (breath control) meditation, self-realization, the true meaning of yoga and a chance to ask any specific questions.

First session 80 minutes £50 including full consultation and further sessions are £40 per hour.
